What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, property address, and a description of your project. We also record whether you identified yourself as a solar sales organization or a homeowner.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about the work you asked us about, and to schedule and perform that work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our internal job management system, which is hosted on Supabase. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which collects standard aggregate traffic statistics such as page views and country of origin. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

SMS and text messaging

EKO Solar Pros operates an SMS program with two kinds of recipients. Customers and prospective customers who ask us to text them receive messages about their own inquiry and job — scheduling, technician arrival, job status, quotes, deposits and invoices. The business owner and authorized staff receive internal operational alerts about the same work. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, and we do not text numbers obtained from purchased, rented or scraped lists.

Consent. Customers opt in by entering their own mobile number and ticking the text-messaging consent box on the request form at ekosolarpros.com, or by texting START to (404) 890-0873. The box is unticked by default and the form can be submitted without it. Staff opt in by enabling SMS alerts in the authenticated EKO Solar Ops application. We record the wording shown beside the box, and the date and time it was ticked. We only message the person who controls the mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies according to job activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP, or contact us at (404) 890-0873 or info@ekosolarpros.com, for assistance.

Sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver the messages described above, and are disclosed only to the messaging provider that transmits them on our behalf.

Calls

Calls to our published phone number are routed through a business phone service. If we cannot answer, an automated assistant may take your name, callback number, and a description of your request so we can return your call.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time. Email info@ekosolarpros.com or call (404) 890-0873 and we will remove your record.
