The SMS program
EKO Solar Pros sends text messages about solar service work. Customers and prospective customers who have asked us to text them receive messages about their own inquiry and job: scheduling and appointment confirmations, technician arrival, job status, quotes, deposits and invoices. The business owner and authorized staff receive internal operational alerts covering new form submissions, customer deposits, invoice payments, appointment and job updates, and payment failures. Messages are sent from (404) 890-0873 and some are sent by an automated system. This is not a marketing program: we send no promotional text messages, and we never text numbers obtained from purchased, rented or scraped lists.
How to opt in
Customers opt in by entering their own mobile number on the request form at ekosolarpros.com and ticking the box that reads: “Text me about my request. By checking this box you agree to receive text messages from EKO Solar Pros about your inquiry and your job at the number provided, including messages sent by an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” The box is unticked by default and the form can be submitted without ticking it. You may also opt in by texting START or YES to (404) 890-0873. Staff opt in by enabling the SMS alert toggles on the Settings → SMS Alerts page of the authenticated EKO Solar Ops application. Only the person who controls the mobile number may opt that number in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to every message you send and receive.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END. After you send one of these, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information we collect.
